I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I bought this for my bestfriends birthday. First of all, the cushion was well packaged, no weird smell and it's super soft! The cushion cover came in a separate cute ziplock bag, all within the 1 package of course. They are made of high quality fabric, nothing falling off or falling apart.I placed everything in a larger gift bag and presented it to my bestie. Her face lit up as she reverse the red shiny sequins to reveal her queenly design. She's already obsessed and in love with her new pillow. My cousin, mom, dad and boyfriend all love it too. My bf will be ordering soon for his little sis.Oh.. How can I forget about their A-class customer service??? The vendors are promt to respond to every inquiry. I was a bit bummed about not having a tracking number and they advised me why none was provided. When I still didn't have the package within my possession I contacted the seller and they expressed their pity about the situation then immediately offered to resend the product or refund. I decided to check with my post first, who actually had the package and so I advised them that neither was necessary. I express grate gratitude for the service and the product. Will be ordering again. Thank you.I ordered two of these; one to keep in the family and one to give as a present. They arrived way ahead of the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. They were well made, and well packaged. The design and color are pretty much as expected. It's pretty easy to flip back and forth between the solid red side and the side with the design. The corners may need a few more strokes to smooth over, but that's expected.I love these pillows! It's so fun watching an unsuspecting soul sit next to it, eye it with a look that says "wow, shiny bright red cushion, how tacky", then discover with delight the design on the other side!The customer service was great also.
